Zig Zag
Background Story
Drifting through the vastness of space, your ship emerges from hyperspace into an eerie, frozen construct—an ancient labyrinth of ice blocks suspended in the void. A distress signal flickers on your console: scattered throughout this icy graveyard are unconscious astronauts, helplessly adrift.
You are their only hope.
But there’s a problem—your ship has sustained critical damage. The controls are barely functional, and precision steering is no longer an option. The only way to maneuver is by using thrust: keep it engaged to fly straight, release it to drift and rotate. Mastering this unstable navigation is your only chance to rescue the stranded astronauts and find your way out.
If luck is on your side, hidden within the ice are upgrades that could make your mission easier… or at least, survivable.
But be careful—if you lose control and crash, your ship will be destroyed, and the astronauts you’ve already rescued will be lost once again, left drifting helplessly in the cold abyss of space…
How to Play
-
Thrust Mechanics:
- Hold down the thrust to move forward in a straight line.
- Releasing thrust makes your ship rotate in place.
- Alternate between thrusting and drifting to steer your ship.
-
Rescue Mission:
- Approach unconscious astronauts closely—they will automatically be pulled into your ship.
- Collect all astronauts before searching for the exit.
-
Hidden Upgrades:
- Some ice blocks may contain valuable upgrades. Try to find them!
